Lisa formatted and edited my thesis, in line with university requirements. The job was complicated by a large amount of photos and some Devanagri script, but Lisa took it all in her stride. She was very easy to work with and definitely knows her stuff, being able to confidently advise on all matters to do with thesis presentation.
